Floor plan overview
The purpose of the Low program is to provide affordable housing to low-income households by limiting the maximum rent that can be charged for a unit and by requiring that some or all of the units be made available only to households with incomes below a percentage (e.g. 80% & 120%) of the Average Median Income.
Low – 80% AMI –
1-person occupancy income limit is $77,700.
2-person occupancy income limit is $88,800.
3-person occupancy income limit is $99,900.
Applications on Affordable Units typically take 45-days to process and are only available on 12-month lease terms.
